Thales: And here’s question number four. Is it true that your workout clothes are mostly designed by women for women of all shapes and sizes? This is a very important question and I get this a lot. Your thoughts.
Vinicius: Yeah, I think Renata as a woman would answer best this one. (Laughter)
Thales: Yeah, you’re probably one of the very few men that work at Cajubrasil right Vinicius? (laughter)
Vinicius: Yeah, I think it’s just me and Waliston and just a few others.
Renata: Well. Yeah, ok. Let me go over this one. So yes, most of the employees who work with us are women including the designers, the director of marketing and finance and most of the people are women. Only the owners are men and a few other men who help in production. We mostly think about women, their body, how women are positioned nowadays, how they want to be seen, how they want to be represented in every area. How we want every woman to feel safe, secure and empowered.
Thales: Wow, I love that and agree. Very good Renata with what you said because the world is wanting this, it’s time and it’s time that products and companies speak directly to women. And if I can share a very short story here, one of the greatest business consultants in the world many years ago, his name is Tom Peters. He said that all car manufacturers in the world, produce their marketing targeting men in their communication. However, family cars, 90% of all decisions are made by women. It’s so true in my case, you know, women know what car they want for their children, is it a safe car? So, based on his recommendation, many of the car companies started adapting and changing their communication to target women directly because they make the decisions behind many of the car purchases.
Renata: Oh yeah, that’s nice. And it’s true.
Thales: It’s true. I know from personal experience. Oh yea, it’s totally true. (Laughter)
