Question 11: What distinguishes you from other activewear suppliers who also manufacture, distribute, and wholesale fitness clothes for women?

Vinicius: Basically, I think when it comes to CajuBrasil and regarding this business, we’re not just manufacturers or a supplier. We work as a partner, so basically it’s not just a commercial relationship. We want to support them with our material, our fabrics, and just about everything.
Renata: Yeah, what Vinicius is saying is that we want our partners to succeed because their success is our success. So we want to work together, you know, shake hands, see what the problems are and how we can offer solutions.
Thales: Excellent. You’ve kind of both summarized what I was going to say. I will never forget an email I received from someone when I said that, “we are in this together, because if you don’t sell, we don’t sell,” and they replied, “Thales, I like what you wrote so much and have faith in your company that I will buy from you because I feel that we’re in this together based on what you wrote.” But the thing I really wanted to share from my experience is that people don’t just buy the product, but also buy the person behind the product; and that person happens to be Renata, Vinicius, and the team. I hope we can transmit this trust which is critical in today’s world. We’re all family and we want them to succeed, which I believe, as Vinicius said, is not so easy today because many companies try to maximize profits and take advantage of the customer.
